"I’m getting five stars because they won’t let me give six. You have a new customer for life. Plain and simple. Our first experience with your team, in person, was yesterday with gentlemen by the names of John and Fred. I broke a rib and had to go to the emergency room so my wife interacted with them. She was blown away by their attention to detail, their clear explanations of everything and the certainty that they genuinely care about their customers. When opening a pool, they generally have to come back a second day and they had to come back today and it was my turn to have the same experience with the same technicians. They were thorough at each step. They answered every question with clarity and also took time to educate me in areas where I needed to be educated. We need some service and some maintenance on our pump and we need to replace a step on one of our ladders and I am joyfully giving your company the business These guys are so good I insisted that they let me order lunch for them or come in the house and soak up some nice cold air air-conditioning on a hot day so I can make food for them myself. They respectfully declined because they need to get to the next customer and I appreciate that. But that’s how I feel about these guys. Good customer service is hard to come by these days, and apparently your company is the reason. Apparently you stole all the people who know good customer service so they’re not available for other companies. That was a smart move on your part. 😎🤪 The fact that they won’t even take money from me until the whole job is done and I’m satisfied in this day and age is mind blowing. I tried to pay for everything upfront just to show my appreciation, but they wouldn’t take it. That’s practically unheard of these days. I pray the good Lord protects every single person in this company.
